Free Canadian Tire Flyer

by Gean Oliveira on January 5, 2010

Today I was visiting the Canadian Tire website and decided to share with you what I found. If you haven’t heard about Canadian Tire before, this company is one of the biggest retailers in Canada, with more than 400 stores across the country. It is well known for its brand, list of products available, good prices and always with an offer to its consumers. Once you’re in Canada, I am sure you will go to a Canadian Tire store to buy a product. If you’ve never been there before, you should go and I guarantee you, you will leave the store with something in your hands :)

When I was in Brazil and looking for information about Canada I decided that I should be familiar with the biggest stores in the country, with product names, brands and prices. How can I prepare my budget for each month that I even don’t know the price of an specific product? That’s our homework my friends, get familiar with the stores and prices as well. At that time, I couldn’t remember if the stores were offering free online flyer – but now they are.

Once you move to Canada, chances are you will receive a paper flyer at your door. If you have to rent a place, maybe the landlord will receive, and you will not? Or the guy that leaves the flyer at my door is sick, is not working anymore and they didn’t find a replacement for him? Chances are that you could possibly loose a good deal that you’ve been waiting for to buy right? But with technology today, why should I wait for the delivery of my paper flyer at my door, if I can get the same flyer in my e-mail inbox? Better, with link to the product that I am interested, with the possibility of comparing with another brand? To me, doesn’t make any sense to get the paper version if I can get the electronic one – I am still helping the planet, right? :)

Did you get my point? If you are interested, you can sign Up for the Canadian Tire e-Flyer! (they will ask you for a Postal Code. If you’re not in Canada, you can use M6A3A5 – it is a postal code close to a Canadian Tire Store in Toronto).
